We take pride in being personally involved with our service users welfare and wellbeing. As a result we provide a high quality level of care. We have a well-trained friendly workforce, who are, keen to help and are focused on improving outcomes for people who require our services.

We are registered with The Care Inspectorate and are proud to say that we achieved grade level 5 for the categories inspected. Our inspection report can be viewed via the link to The Care Inspectorate above, within our office in Nithsdale Road or as a downloadable pdf (Inspection Report). We are authorised care providers for Glasgow City Council and East Renfrewshire Council and on the approved providers list (APL) for local authorities.

We aim to maintain a high standard of workforce planning, staff development and training, and support of our support workers and staff. All of which enables us to provide a high standard of care, which can only enhance the lifestyle, and well being of vulnerable individuals.

Community Careline Services have continued to work towards our quality improvement policy with the aim of creating a culture of quality improvement, self-evaluation and reflective practice.
