Working with other professionals and concerned carers within the community, our aim is to:
- Assess each service users needs in full. Consultation with
the
service user, their family, friends and other relevant services, to
provide a totally integrated package of care and support.
Assist with the earliest possible release from hospital of acute
patients, by providing appropriate care services in the home. - Provide personal and domestic assistance, which allows
people
less able and the elderly to remain in their own homes for
as long as possible. - Meet individual's needs, as far as possible,with
particular
sensitivity to the race, religion and cultural background of each
service user.

- Enhanced Disclosure Scotland checks on staff.
- Quality spot checks on staff.
- 24 hour service including a responsible person on-call.
- Quality questionaires sent out annually.
- Community Careline Services recruitment and selection procedure complies with the current equal opportunities legislation.
- All support Workers sign a confidentiality statement prior to working with service users. All our support workers are fully insured.
