Careline Home Support care for people of all ages with a range of needs including those for:

Frail elderly people

People with physical disabilities, young and old

People with learning difficulties, young and old

We provide a service which as far as possible meets individual needs and which takes full account of, and is sensitive to, the race, religion, disability and cultural background of our clients.

We work with privately funded clients or clients in receipt of allowances such as, Disability Living Allowance (DLA) and/or Attendance Allowance.

We work in partnership with our clients, their representatives and other professionals.

Our objective is to deliver high quality services to those who wish to receive help and support in their own home and we aim to be the preferred choice to people looking for a flexible tailor-made service.

Our service emphasises the importance of staff completing their duties discreetly, efficiently and to the highest standards. We aim to be flexible and to respond to our clients needs fully and professionally.

We are proud of the standards of support we provide, keeping them under review by a number of Quality Assurance Systems.
